If you are already a customer of www.rthost.co.uk, please use one of the methods below to contact us.  We aim to respond to all new support tickets within 24 hours of being raised although experience has shown that this is usually far quicker.  Please note that on weekends this time may not always be achievable due to a reduced staff numbers being available.

Support Tickets
At www.rthost.co.uk use a Support Ticket System to manage any requests for support with our services, we do this in order that we can provide a better service not only to yourself but to all our customers new and old.  The information (after being reviewed for security risks!) will be used without personal or website details to formulate the FAQ section of this site. Please use the link below to raise a New, Track or Close an existing Support Ticket.  This system is currently undergoing development but is due to be available shortly, in the meantime please email your support request to support@rthost.co.uk providing as much information as possible including customer account number, login name and domain name.

We are currently developing the FAQ section to answer the questions most commonly raised by our customers.  Please check this area before raising a new support call as your query may have already been answered.
